  • A 2020 observational cohort study looked at the influence of the hip joint angle on the ratio in muscle torque in male ice hockey players. 12 uninjured hockey players were tested for increased torque based on angle of the adductor and abductor muscle groups. They concluded that hip abduction angle has a significant impact on the measured torque ratio.1
